Parcom Capital to acquire Outdoor Life Group from NPM Capital.

Private equity firm Parcom Capital agreed to acquire Outdoor Life Group, a European producer and wholesaler of garden timber and garden cabins, from NPM Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. “OLG is an ambitious company with a differentiating product offering in both garden timber and garden cabins, providing its customers with various value-added services throughout the value chain. We believe there are various synergetic opportunities through further integration of the recent acquisitions, while continuing to build on the company’s successful growth track record,” Allard Jacobs, Parcom Managing Director.
