Kansys, a specialized BSS Integrator with over 22 years of billing experience on multiple billing platforms agreed to acquire Enterprise and Cloud Billing business from Ericsson. ECB is a charging solution primarily developed to monetize any product or service, including IoT services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
