Sikich to acquire Scanlan & Leo.

Professional services firm Sikich is set to acquire an Illinois-based public accounting firm, Scanlan & Leo. Financial terms were not disclosed. Scanlan & Leo offers accounting, audit, tax compliance and planning, and advisory services to companies across industries.
