OASIS Group, one of the largest Records and Information Management providers in Europe, completed the acquisition of ArchiDoc, a business process outsourcing provider, from OEX, a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The decision to expand into central Europe was a logical step in our business growth strategy.
