H2 Equity Partners, an independent investment firm, agreed to acquire Contiweb, a provider of auxiliary equipment for offset printing, from a New York-based private equity firm American Industrial Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thankful to AIP for the support we have received over the years and for its conviction in making Contiweb a successful independent company.
