Galiena Capital completed the acquisition of Schlemmer Industry & Building Parts from Schlemmer Group.

Galiena Capital, a French consulting company, completed the acquisition of Schlemmer Industry & Building Parts, a provider of electrical distribution protection, from Schlemmer Group, development partner for plastics, injection moulding methods, cable protection and cable gland system. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Leveraging on SIB’s longstanding market heritage and its leading business position, the carve-out stands as a great opportunity to sustain highest industry standards and further penetrate French and international markets,” Gilles Lherbier, SIB's Managing Director.
