Berlin Packaging, manufacturer and supplier of glass, plastic, and metal containers and a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital and CPPIB, completed the acquisition of Novio Packaging, a supplier of plastic packaging with expertise in personal care, pharmaceutical, food, and sports nutrition verticals.
