Edit

Private equity firms Altor and TDR Capital, alongside Norwegian investor Petter Stordalen’s Strawberry Group, agreed to acquire Nordic unit of Thomas Cook, a collapsed British global travel group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Strawberry Group and Altor will each take a 40% stake in the business, with TDR Capital buying the remaining 20%, the parties said in a joint statement. The business will be restructured to form a new group, called Wing Group.
