SR Investimenti completed the acquisition of 7.5 MWp PV portfolio from Building Energy for €28m.

SR Investimenti, an energy company, completed the acquisition of 7.5 MWp PV portfolio from Building Energy, a vertical integrated renewable energy company, for €28m ($33m). The portfolio consists of nine solar PV rooftop plants located in Lombardy, Marche and Emilia-Romagna regions. “We are delighted to have completed such a milestone transaction in less than 6 months from inception confirming the quality of the asset that BE builds and operates. We look forward continuing servicing SR through our O&M arm,” Sergio Benocci, Building Energy Head of Asset Management.
