Morgan Stanley, Schroder Adveq, a global private equity asset manager, and other institutional investors completed a €350m investment in Frutas, an agribusiness investment fund of Miura, a Spanish investment firm. The new capital will be used by the investment firm to support the growth of Citri&Co, a European citrus fruit producer and seller, and Frutas Esther, a producer and seller of stone fruits. “We are excited by the new partnership between Citri&Co and Frutas Esther, creating one of the largest vertically integrated fruit platforms in the world.
