Qoo10, a Southeast Asian e-commerce platform, acquired ShopClues, an online marketplace. The transaction is rumored to have valued ShopClues at $70-100m, altough financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership presents new strategic opportunities for both companies, as it opens up cross border opportunities for consumers and sellers across Asia,” ShopClues statement.
