Haier Electronics to acquire a 43% stake in Ozner Water International for HK$1.6bn.

Haier Electronics, a Chinese collective multinational consumer electronics and home appliances company, agreed to acquire a 43% stake in Ozner Water International, which provides water purification systems in China, for HK$1.6bn. "Haier Electronics has a strong belief in the continuous growth of the water purification market in the PRC, and believes that, among the various industry participants, Ozner is a significant participant in the market of commercial water filtration and purification in the PRC with quality products, services and management," Haier.
