Arpinge completed the acquisition of AST B Parking and AST VT Parking from Fondaco and GWM for €52m.

Arpinge, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of AST B Parking and AST VT Parking, two companies that hold a portfolio of 5 parking lots under concession in Bologna, Turin and Verona, from Fondaco, an independent asset management company, and GWM, an alternative investment fund manager, for €52m ($62m). “With this operation Arpinge significantly expands its portfolio in the parking and mobility sector to seize the opportunities deriving from the profound technological innovation and energy transition that characterize the sector," Federico Merola, Arpinge CEO.
