Apollo Global-backed Rackspace completed the acquisition of Onica.

Apollo Global-backed Rackspace, an American managed cloud computing company based in Windcrest, Texas, completed the acquisition of Onica, a cloud native services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By combining our capabilities with Rackspace’s global presence, resources and scale, we will be better positioned to achieve our mission of helping customers innovate using AWS.
