EPAM to acquire NAYA Technologies.

EPAM Systems, a global provider of digital platform engineering and software development services, agreed to acquire NAYA Technologies and its US subsidiary, providers of big data, software development and cloud migration expertise. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition complements EPAM's technology consulting practice and further enhances its strong capabilities in data management and cloud services.
