Etix to acquire Star Tickets and TicketForce.
Synopsis
Etix, an international ticketing solutions provider, agreed to acquire Michigan-based Star Tickets and Arizona-based TicketForce, two ticketing firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to working with both the Star Tickets and TicketForce teams to ensure their clients receive the best technology and service in the industry," Paxton Badham, Etix President.
