SIG to acquire Visy Cartons from VisyPak Operations for $48m.

SIG, a system and solutions provider for aseptic packaging, agreed to acquire Visy Cartons, a manufacturer of folding paperboard boxes, from VisyPak Operations, a manufacturer of packaging products, for $48m. “We are very pleased to welcome the management and employees of Visy Cartons to SIG after many years of collaboration.
