Ambienta completed the acquisition of Amutec.

Ambienta, a European sustainable investment fund, completed the acquisition of Amutec, the Italian manufacturer of equipment for the production of recycled bags. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I have found in Ambienta a knowledgeable and straightforward partner, whom I believe will provide the skills the company needs to capture the many opportunities I see on the market.
