NSi Industries to acquire SullStar Technologies.

NSi Industries, a provider of electrical and control products, agreed to acquire SullStar Technologies, which designs unique patented tools and connectors for the datacom and telecom markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the overall acquisition, NSi will gain ownership and work on maintaining and enforcing SullStar’s current patents. SullStar’s patented product portfolio consists of high-value items that feature unique characteristics to better meet professional electrical installers’ needs. “SullStar is the inventor of numerous global patents in and around the low-voltage tools and connectors space.
