White River, a joint venture between US private equity firm Riverstone Holdings and Switzerland firm White Summit Capital, completed the acquisition of Jinko Solar Mexico, which holds two solar photovoltaic plants in Mexico. Financial terms were not disclosed. Both plants are fully operational, having reached COD under their PPAs in September 2018 and May 2019, respectively. Closing is subject to customary approvals.
