Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani to acquire a 25% stake in Richard Caring for £200m.

Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, the former prime minister of Qatar, agreed to acquire Richard Caring on a disposal of an up to 25% stake in three holding companies of certain restaurants, bars and private members clubs in his portfolio, including the Ivy, Sexy Fish, Caprice, Harry's Bar and Annabel's for £200m.
