Ascendent Capital to invest $150m in NetDragon Websoft Education.

Ascendent Capital agreed to invest $150m in NetDragon Websoft's education subsidiary, a provider of educational tools and smart classroom solutions to teachers and schools. “We believe in the vision and capabilities of NetDragon’s management team to pursue innovative education technology solutions, and to improve the overall learning environment for students, teachers and parents around the world.
