Synopsis
Inphi, a provider of high-speed data movement interconnects, and Synopsys, an American electronic design automation company, completed the acquisition of eSilicon, a fabless semiconductor company, for $216m. “I am delighted with these transactions from Inphi and Synopsys, two extraordinary companies in their markets.
