Cornes Chart Group, a chart company, agreed to acquire Global Navigation Solutions, the maritime solutions company that provides digital solutions for real-time navigation, navigation management, voyage optimization, regulatory compliance, ship-to-shore communications and cybersecurity. financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the last 4 years, GNS has invested heavily in developing the market-leading suite of digital products for marine navigation, Voyager.
