Marley completed the acquisition of Patterson-Kelley from Harsco for $60m.

Marley, a subsidiary of SPX, a supplier of highly engineered products and technologies, completed the acquisition of Patterson-Kelley, a manufacturer and distributor of commercial boilers and water heaters, from Harsco, a provider of environmental solutions for industrial waste streams and innovative technologies for the rail and energy sectors, for $60m. “We are excited to welcome the Patterson-Kelley team to SPX.
