Onex completed the acquisition of Enertech from Tower Arch.

Onex, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Enertech Holdings, a wireless infrastructure service provider, form Tower Arch Capital, a lower-middle market private equity fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Enertech is a market leader due to a relentless focus on exceptional customer service, employee safety, and technical expertise.
