Endurance Lift Solutions completed the acquisition of the gas lift and plunger lift business division of Superior Energy Services.

Endurance Lift Solutions, a portfolio company of Crestview Partners and B-29 Investments, completed the acquisition of the gas lift and plunger lift business division of Superior Energy Services, an oilfield services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are eager to welcome the two teams to our organization and partner with them as we grow Endurance as a premier provider of leading edge artificial lift technology for the life of the well," Dan Runzheimer, Endurance President.
