Savills to acquire Parkes & Associates.

Savills UK, a real estate management firm is set to acquire Parkes & Associates, a Guernsey-based property management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Parkes & Associates is a well-established brand in the Channel Islands and we are delighted to welcome them into the business. We look forward to expanding our offer through this acquisition as well as working with our new colleagues and their clients,” Tony Rowbotham, Savills Head of Guernsey.
