Petrofac to acquire W&W Energy Services for $25m.

Petrofac, a provider of oilfield services to the international oil and gas industry, agreed to acquire W&W Energy Services, which offers Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul and Pipeline tie-in services in the Permian Basin, for $25m. This bolt-on acquisition is in line with Petrofac's stated strategy to position Engineering & Production Services for growth by diversifying into new markets and geographies.
