Salesforce Ventures agreed to lead $290m Series B round for Automation Anywhere, a provider of Robotic Process Automation, valuing the company at $6.8bn. Additional funding came from SoftBank and Goldman Sachs. The new capital will help Automation Anywhere accelerate its vision to empower customers to automate end-to-end business processes – bridging the gap between the front and back office with artificial intelligence-powered intelligent automation platform.
