KB Kookmin Card to acquire a 80% stake in Finansia Multi Finance for $81m.

KB Kookmin Card, an operator of credit card Issuing businesses, to acquire a 80% stake in Finansia Multi Finance, a company providing consumer and business financing services, for $81m. “The prime reason of the investment is to expand (the group’s) leverage in Indonesia and discover new profitable global businesses. The official announcement (on the given deal) will be released next week," KB Kookmin Card.
