Kellstrom to acquire Airborne Technologies.

Kellstrom Holding, a defense aircraft distributor and repair service provider is set to acquire Airborne Technologies, a manufacturer and supplier of precision aerospace structural components. Financial terms were not disclosed. ATI's manufacturing capabilities will be combined with the current Kellstrom Defense Engineered Products operating segment and will retain the ATI brand identity and all current customer interfaces in the market.
