Acceres to acquire BIOTEK Agriculture.

Acceres, a European agricultural contract research group, agreed to acquire BIOTEK Agriculture, a field trial company founded in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. After the acquisition of the field-testing activity of Phyteurop last year, this new strategic operation reinforces Acceres field testing capacities and capabilities and also enlarge its footprint across Europe and overseas.
