Levine Leichtman Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Milton Industries.

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Milton Industries, a provider of highly-engineered tools and accessories for pneumatic applications across a variety of end markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
