SoftBank Group, Gavea Investimentos and Constellation Asset Management agreed to invest $138m in VTEX, a cloud-based eCommerce platform that offers online retailers a centralized platform. The proceeds will be used to expand research and development, including new artificial intelligence software for e-commerce.
