The Vistria Group completed the acquisition of Unitek Learning.

The Vistria Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Unitek Learning, a medical training services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Unitek’s acquisition by Vistria Group will provide increased access to capital, allowing Unitek to grow and transform its business and continually optimize its cutting-edge education services.
