Abu Dhabi Health Services Company, an independent, public joint stock company created to develop the curative activities of the public health care system in Abu Dhabi, and Mayo Clinic, an American not-for-profit organization academic medical center, formed a joint venture to operate Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, a UAE-based hospital for patients with serious or complex medical conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
