Lippert Components completed the acquisition of CURT Group from Audax Private Equity for c.$340m.

Lippert Components, an OEM producer, completed its acquisition of CURT Group, a sales, marketing, engineering and distribution company of towing products and truck accessories for all types of vehicles, from passenger cars to commercial trucks, from Audax Private Equity c.$340m. “Through organic and acquisition growth the Audax has expanded its product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities, while diversifying the business into a broader aftermarket towing and truck accessories provider.
