Glenwood to acquire SKC Kolon PI from SKC and Kolon Industries for $523m.

Glenwood Private Equity, a local private equity fund from S. Korea, agreed to acquire SKC Kolon PI, a polyimide film maker, from SKC, a Chemical manufacturing company and Kolon Industries, a Korean chemical and textile manufacturing company, for $523m.
