LCI Industries completed the acquisition of Polyplastic Group.

LCI Industries, a manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail, and technology services provider, completed the acquisition of Polyplastic Group, a manufacturer of acrylic window and door products headquartered in Rotterdam. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Polyplastic was founded by my father in 1952. The fascination for acrylic, as a new lightweight alternative for glass, was the motivation to start the company.
