SoftBank-backed FirstCry to acquire Oi Playschool.

SoftBank backed FirstCry, an online shopping store for kids and baby products is set to acquire Oi Playschool, an operator of playschools. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy with the accomplishments Oi Playschool achieved over the years.
