ABS completed the acquisition of Extel Contact Center from Adecco.

Analytics Business Solution, a provider of IT services, completed the acquisition of Extel Contact Center, a telemarketing and contact center, from Adecco, a human resources provider and temporary staffing firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
