Carriage Services to acquire Fairfax Memorial Park and Funeral Home.

Carriage Services, a funeral home company, agreed to acquire Fairfax Memorial Park and Funeral Home, a funeral home and a Catholic cemetery. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The funeral home was completed in 2003 and today Fairfax Memorial Park and Funeral Home is recognized as the premier funeral home and cemetery combination business in the large and rapidly growing suburban area immediately west of Washington, D.C.," Mel Payne, Carriage Services Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
