Bucher Municipal to acquire Eurovoirie from Terberg.

Bucher Municipal, a manufacturer of municipal vehicles for street cleaning, agreed to acquire Eurovoirie, a manufacturer of waste management equipment, from Terberg, a Spanish manufacturer of waste management machinery. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Terberg group continues and further strengthens the solid waste collection, mobile compaction and aftersales activity within a new French subsidiary Terberg Matec.
