Dolphin Entertainment to acquire Shore Fire Media.

Dolphin Entertainment, a film and television production company, agreed to acquire Shore Fire Media, a public relations and media management firm based in Brooklyn, New York that specializes in entertainment and popular culture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Shore Fire’s reputation and relationships in the music industry are simply unparalleled.
