RSK completed the acquisition of Silcock Leedham Group.

RSK Group, a leading integrated environmental, engineering and technical services consultancy, has completed the acquisition of Silcock Leedham Group, a mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will enable RSK to further its building and construction expertise with the addition of a dedicated mechanical and electrical engineering specialist.
