Afinum completed the acquisition of FAST LTA.

Private equity firm Afinum completed the acquisition of FAST LTA, a provider of solutions to archive data securely. Financial terms were not disclosed. Together with Afinum, FAST LTA’s management team is committed to further strengthen existing client relationships, to unlock the company’s potential by further penetrating core markets including additional verticals, a focused expansion of the company’s geographic footprint, and rolling-out new products for adjacent market segments by leveraging its strong in-house R&D capabilities.
