Ayala Healthcare completed the acquisition of Healthway from HKR International.

Ayala Healthcare Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Philippines-listed conglomerate Ayala, completed the acquisition of Healthway Philippines, a medical clinic network in the country, from Hong Kong-based diversified business conglomerate HKR International. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We at Healthway are very proud to join the AC Health family.
