International Wire Group completed the acquisition of Owl Wire and Cable.

International Wire Group, a manufacturer of wire products, completed the acquisition of Owl Wire and Cable, a manufacturer and supplier of bare and plated copper wires form construction group Marmon Holdings. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to join the IWG organization.
