Chesapeake Utilities completed the acquisition of Elkton Gas from South Jersey Industries.

Chesapeake Utilities, a diversified energy company, completed the acquisition of Elkton Gas, a gas company in Elkton, Maryland, from South Jersey Industries, a publicly held energy services holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to welcome the dedicated team of Elkton Gas employees and our new Elkton Gas customers to our Company.
